1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Salva (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the service

Salva is an Android application that provides screen protection through touch-blocking overlays. The App is designed to prevent accidental touches during calls, video playback, pocket storage, and children’s use. All features operate on-device without collecting or transmitting personal data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Salva independently. Children under 13 may use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Salva only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to circumvent security mechanisms on devices you do not own or have authorization to manage.
• Distribute modified versions of the App or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Salva offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms and billing policies.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play → Subscriptions.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. We will notify users of price changes in advance where required by applicable law.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods after cancellation. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled through Google Play’s standard refund process. You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play. After 48 hours, refund eligibility is determined by Google’s policies. We do not process refunds directly.

7. Intellectual property

Salva and all associated content, branding, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers

Salva is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices and Android versions. Screen protection behavior may vary depending on device manufacturer, Android version, and OEM-specific software modifications.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscriptions.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
